Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby consumers is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason to revoke.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or one of you named third party, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods have or has.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will give you all the payments that we have from you received, including delivery costs (excluding the additional costs, resulting from the fact that you have a different type of delivery than that of us offered, cheapest standard delivery), immediately and at the latest repayable within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your Revocation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case you will be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier point in time.

You have the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to us to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you return the goods before it expires send within fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value on one to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods is due to unnecessary handling of them.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please keep the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and with all of the packaging components back to us. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please take care with suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit.

2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
