A popular variation of the Manhattan cocktail in Peru.
Ingredients:
• 5 cl Pisco Acholado Lunas
• 5 cl red wormwood
• up to 3 drops of Angostura Bitter
Preparation:
Stir all ingredients on ice in a glass and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
This refreshing mixed drink is one of the most popular in Peru and, like the Pisco Sour, is a wonderful aperitif.
Ingredients:
• 5 cl Pisco Acholado Lunas
• 1 cl Lime Juice
• 3 drops Angostura Bitter
• Ice cubes
• Ginger Ale
Preparation:
Pour Pisco Lunas and lime juice into the glass, add a couple of drops of Angostura Bitter, then some ice cubes. Fill it up with ginger ale. Stir it for a few seconds and that’s it!
Variations: Chilcano Fresa and Chilcano Mango
Mash some strawberries or mango until you get a puree. Add it to the glass. Then mix it with Lime Juice and Ginger Ale.
Passion fruit sour A tasty and popular variation of the Pisco Sour!
Ingredients:
• Old Fashion
• 60 ml Pisco Lunas
• 30 ml Zumo Maracuya
• 30 ml Jarabe de Goma
• 1 egg white
• Ice
• Angostura bitter
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients vigorously or mix at the highest level with the mixer until a solid foam has formed and strain into the glasses.
The fruity-refreshing Pisco Punch has a very long tradition. It was invented in San Francisco at the end of the 19th century and was very popular right from the start. Since then, several variants have developed, of which we would like to introduce one here.
Ingredients:
• 6 cl Pisco Acholado Lunas
• 1,5 cl pineapple syrup
• 1,5 cl lime juice
• chopped pineapple
• approximately 10 ice cubes
Preparation:
Put Pisco, lime juice and pineapple syrup into the glass. Stir them with a bar spoon and add ice cubes. Complete the cocktail with pineapple juice and finally the pineapple pieces.

• About 2-3 drops of Angostura Bitter

Put Pisco, lime juice, sugar syrup, egg whites and ice cubes in a shaker or mixer. Shake or mix until one solid foam is formed. Strain into the glass. Put 2 or 3 drops of Angostura bitter on it.
Variation:
Maracuja Sour also tastes really nice! Add 1 cl Lime Juice and 3cl Maracuja syrup.
